Walk to Restaurants, Wineries and More

This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located just steps from downtown St. Helena. You are walking distance to wineries, a health spa, world class restaurants, a movie theater and shopping.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, 2 recliners, an armchair and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless-steel appliances. A gas range, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods, electric and standard tea kettles and a wine refrigerator are ready for your use.

The kitchen is stocked with a wide assortment of spices, oils and vinegars as well as paper towels and paper napkins. The dining table has seating for six and the kitchen has all of the utensils, flatware and dishes you need to enjoy meals at home.

The patio off the kitchen has outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.

The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a California King-size bed and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV. The ensuite master bath has double sinks, a separate shower, a large tub, a toilet room and a spacious walk-in closet.

The second and third bedrooms, also on the 2nd floor, have queen-size beds and flat screen televisions. The second upstairs bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. An abundance of towels are provided in each bathroom.

There is high speed wireless internet throughout the house. A wireless printer/scanner is on the premises.

The washer and dryer is conveniently located near all bedrooms on the second floor. An ironing board and iron are provided along with other laundry essentials.

The finished garage can accommodate two mid-sized cars. There is additional street parking available.

This home is in a perfect location to enjoy a great bottle of wine (or two) at one of our fabulous restaurants. Just stroll down Main Street to enjoy great restaurants like Farmstead, Goose & Gander, Cook, and Market. No need to have a designated driver. Permit No. PL24-020

An absolutely lovely property! We stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend. Everything was as described. There was bottled water and coffee pods supplied which was much appreciated on the first morning. A very nice sun porch and a well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Helena!

Great place to stay in St. Helena

Fabulous accommodations in a great location within walking distance of downtown St. Helena. Extremely clean and very easy check-in & check out processes. This was a perfect place for part of my wedding party to stay while we were in town for my wedding and the host was incredibly accommodating in allowing us to use the space to get ready the day of the wedding

Our family of five (two adult children and a grandchild) stayed three nights in this very comfortable, clean home. The location is a short walk from downtown and my grandson and I went to the bakery for their amazing English muffins and cookies every morning during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is very clean and well maintained, the beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen seems to include everything needed for meals at home (though we didn't cook while we were there). We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this location for those visiting the area!

Excellent property and location

Excellent stay overall. Property was very clean, excellent location walking distance to downtown St Helena, Gotts roadside, farmstead, Charlie’s and model bakery. Coffee makers, seasonings, washer dryer and very nice patio.

The house is perfect for couples, families, or friends visiting wine country. Walking distance to all St Helena has to offer and very well appointed. All we needed to bring were our luggage and some groceries!

Heart of Napa

The house is in an amazing location. Walkable to a ton of great food and shops. It’s apparent that the house is well kept as soon as you walk in the door. Everything is clean and fresh. The house feels practically new. Garage shielded the cars from Mother Nature. We had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Great property for five adults in town for a family wedding. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Three comfortable bedrooms for people to spread out and have their own space. Great central location to explore Napa, Sonoma, and Calistoga. Walking distance to main street in St. Helena as well. Garage parking a plus.

Napa Birthday trip

We had a wonderful time at our stay in St Helena. We had 6 adults for a family birthday trip and the house was perfect for our long weekend. The house is a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and wineries. It's also a great spot to explore wineries in every direction and helps being in the middle of it all no matter where you want to go. I wouldn't recommend this house more for friends and family looking to book a trip in the Napa area.
