The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice. The motel is very clean. They let out car remain in the motel lot while we took the ferry to Mackinaw Island.

The room WAS clean and the staff that I encountered WAS friendly but a $50 room holding fee at the end of October in a summer tourist town is absolutely disgusting especially when there are only 4 vehicles in the lot 2 of which clearly must be employees not to mention the breakfast was cold and when I say cold I mean refrigerated French toast and stale bagels only recommend if you NEED a place to sleep

Staff were very friendly and informative. Helped with directions and knowledge of The Falls to see all over the area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. We even came and stayed second night. Location was easy access from I-75.

The variety of the breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. I however prefer a hot breakfast so I went out. The pool and the hot tub were awesome. The pool was a little cool but once you got out of the hot tub, it was very refreshing.the rooms were clean and well stocked With the things that you need to stay there with shampoo’s body wash conditioners were all full hand soaps at the sink were full ….. toilet tissue was adequate towels were adequate plenty of towels at the pool and love the fact that there is a bathroom and a shower at the pool site so you can get in the shower and rinse all the chlorine off before you go back to your room. The staff were extremely pleasant thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again throughout the coming year. Hope everyone has a blessed and wonderful holiday season.
