“Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. ”

“Staff was quite nice and helpful. A room with disability facilities was arranged when we arrived early for checking-in. Hardware inside the room is way sooooo old & poor and dust is everywhere. There were even cockroaches in the room! Housekeeping service is another point to disappoint us as well..my hair loss on the carpet and the drain in the shower area from Day1 are still there when we check-out on Day5. Bedsheets were not changed for few nights as well....”

“we stayed at the VIBE Hotel for 4 nights. It started with a very bad wi-fi, but the Manager, Ms Rosy, was very helpful and she was very accommodating. Very good is an understatement of how she was able to help and arrange things for us. She is fantastic!!!!! Every hotel should have someone like Ms. Rosy. Thank you Rosy....you were extra extra nice! We are very happy!!! Wish to extend our stay, but we can no longer cancel our booking from our next hotel. Thank you Vibe....will be back……

“The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to visit Sydney Opera House, QVB, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour all within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants around the hotel as well. During my six-night stay, I found the staff to be friendly and generous. Upon check-in, one staff member proactively arranged us to a room with a city view. The rooftop lounge was a standout feature, offering amenities like a coffee machine, T2 tea bags, and milk. The rooftop bar had a pleasant……

“Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. ”

“位置鄰近 Circular Quay 火車站，很方便。附近景點Sydney Bridge, Opera House, the Rock。 訂房住宿選了有view和比較貴的價格，入住 Elite Level 28/F ，雖然前面兩旁有高樓大廈，但也清楚看到Sydney Bridge，房間尚算整潔，但房間比較細，個人感覺按這樣的房間價格性價比不高。 但酒店尚算貼心，我的姐姐在訂這房間給我慶祝結婚週年，她在回覆酒店電郵有關check in and check out 時間時才提一下是訂給妹妹慶祝，酒店在check in 後，送了一個小蛋糕到房間。”

“We booked 3 rooms for our stay, and we have to do the check-in for the 3 rooms in different time due to the unavailability of the room, this is quite time-consuming. Also, the housekeeping services is a bit disappointing. The bathroom accessories were not refilled and no bottle water was provided.”
