  • Positioned on a terrace of grand Victorian houses set up the hill from the town centre offering spacious accommodation for two couples or a small family and a great base for your holiday in St Ives. If you prefer to the area travel by train then the local station in St Ives is 0.5 miles away. The bustling town of St Ives has something for everyone. The local arts scene is well-renowned with attractions such as the Tate Gallery and the Leach Pottery which is among the most respected and influential potteries in the world. There’s a great range of restaurants offering varying menus often showcasing local produce. The area is also well known for the fantastic sandy beaches which are perfect for families or for windswept winter walks with beachside cafes to cosy up in afterwards.


    This recently redecorated first-floor apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs from the entrance hall. On entering the first floor apartment and heading to the lounge at the front of the apartment you’ll be inspired by the views from the large bay window. There’s plenty of seating for everyone, a feature gas fire, 46" TV with Amazon Ultra Max Fire Stick, PlayStation 3, a music system and a door leading out to the balcony which provides a small seating area. Along the hallway there’s a bedroom with a standard double bed and the shower room is close by. The bedroom to the rear which faces the garden comes with two single beds each 2'8" (which can be joined together to form a 5'4" double on request). A door from this bedroom provides access onto the decked area with a table and 4 chairs and up to the shared garden which has its own table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco. The kitchen has ample workspace for cooking at home and a dining table and chairs for all to enjoy meals in. With some quirky features, interesting artwork and a great location, this apartment will be a good choice for your holiday.


    Heading outside there’s a small decked area to the rear of the property with outdoor seating for four. Access to this is via the bedroom to the rear.
