This place could not have been in a better location at the marina! Loved having Beacon 315 right down the elevator, the boats to watch and the amenities to enjoy in St. James! "The hotel was great and dog friendly… we had 2 dogs with us! They were not used to all the noise of the door slamming to go in and out the side are of the first floor… a recommendation for the hotel would be to fix that door so it doesn’t slam!!!! We had to get new key cards each time we went out and came back??? But the staff was very friendly and helpful, quickly to create New room key cards The first person I met at registration was August, very polite, friendly and helpful… Thank you"

"The room was amazingly clean for a beach front property. While some aspects of the property are a little dated, it did not detract from the wonderful opportunity to stay on the beach. The only real issue was the very low toilet, which for older folks might be a potential problem. Communication with the virtual front desk was always pleasant and friendly. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"The hotel is great and very convenient to the ferry and the downtown area next to the beach. The staff was great and very helpful and teh room.was very clean. My only complaint was with some.of the smell form.the cleaning supplies they used. The room and the towels.had that nasty smell but it will grow on you."

"The property was newly renovated and very clean. Pool was clean and maintained daily. The hotel is convenient to the beach. The lobby is not staffed for the majority of the time. There was no room service the three days during our stay. Towels were not kept in stock at the pool. When asked for fresh towels a staff member said they would bring some but never did."
