Right spot for the right price

This place worked out perfectly for my husband and I. We were in town for the holiday and my dads house was a mile away. Bed was comfortable. The place was charming and clean. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this location for a few days. The location is great and easy to get to everywhere. The room was small but has all of the necessities. It is well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful!

We absolutely loved the room had. The screened in balcony was a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the weather. James Allison went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to help us find fun things to do in the area. I would recommend staying here 100%.

The room was great. The checkin process was a little bumpy, but that's all my fault not the host's. The room was just the right size and had the perfect privacy for a single guest.

New arrival

Needed a place to stay near our son and dnl to welcome our new addition to the family. This place was close enough to beaches, restaurants, and our son’s house to allow us to give them space, but be close at hand if needed. The host was awesome and checked to make sure we could get around even when we had snow on the ground. He offered to take us for whatever we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and pet friendly. It was perfect for our needs.

Easy and comfortable

Everything was in good working order, good space for a single or couple. Environment, building, unit are definitely dated, in need of paint, better overall lighting, but solid, quiet, location, comfortable and clean everything for a good price. James, my host was immediately accessible, responded immediately (and solved) a vanity lighting concerns. Thank you, so much!
