“Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Waves. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were truly amazing from beginning to end. From the front desk to the beach staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The beach staff were especially helpful when we wanted to sign up for jet ski activities. “We stayed 6 nights (August 21st-August 27th) as Diamond Club members. From the second we arrived, we felt like we could exhale! We felt like we were on vacation immediately. We received professional, attentive service and check-in was pretty quick and seamless. Our Butlers (Michael, Chaddo, and Taneah) were excellent!!
