「Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「it's been forever since i tried to get in touch with the hotel through the booking agency to ask for the invoice. impossible!」

「Check-in process was a bit difficult, and making a copy of room key isn't easy」

「Great to hv the lift (though super small) and independent air-con installed. Walking distance to Bern Bahnhof. Large supermarket nearby. Very sufficient and practical room amenities. Staff were helpful for accessing to the room. Easy to understand the access mean.」
