“After checking in and my card was run, staff disclosed that they have had HVAC issues for 3 months which prevents individual control in each room. We paid for a premium river view balcony room. We were told it is at a constant 74 degrees. But if we wanted a "cooler" room, we could move to a downstairs room that runs at a constant 67 degrees. This was never disclosed prior to checking in, nor posted on their website. I requested our money back immediately which was kindly done with apologies.……
