“The photos of the outside really are true to the photo. Outside the property is beautiful. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy however you advertised a tv of the room we chose and there wasn't one. The kitchen appliances inside are very dated. Breakfast was tasty and chef Sheldon is a lovely guy! The hotel room was over price in my opinion. I wouldn't stay again.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Almost paradise, starting with a wonderful meal cooked with love by Lucinda, our host. We were 3 and the sofa bed was made for the 3rd person and it was very comfortable. There was Mosquito nets but we didn’t felt it was needed. The villa was cozy with a nice balcony with a table and chairs and Hammock where we could enjoy the breeze. The outside shower was a cool feature. The location is very convenient and close to Petit Anse Hotel (where you are welcome to enjoy……

“I stayed at Almost Paradise from March 12-26 and the best way I can describe it is as a dream come true. My adorable cottage sat on a hillside overlooking the ocean, and waking up every day to the gorgeous view was one of the amazing things about my stay. The cottages have all been beautifully taken care of, and I appreciated the property housekeeper coming in daily to tidy up. “Bob and Leslie were excellent hosts. Bob picked us up at the airport ( eventhough our flight was quite late) and stopped at a grocery store so we could pick up supplies for breakfast next day. On our way to the property, we realized we forgot to buy eggs. After checking in, Bob was at our door with 6 eggs to get us through the AM, until we could get groceries the next day!The apt. was clean, but dated. Everything you need was there. We were surprised by no hot water in the bathroom sinks ( cold……

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”
