"We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located hotel. It was very comforting and helpful to have the WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. The room was clean and compact, everything we needed was available to us. Apart from the room being slightly too warm (perhaps we couldn’t figure out the HVAC system) everything was in great condition. The price point was excellent and it was perfect for a weekend stay. Highly recommend for a few nights in Helsinki."

"Lovely hotel situated in the city centre. All the main sites are within walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a Twin Room for 3 nights and it was the right size for us. The youngish staff were friendly enough and helpful. Aircon in the room which was fairly easy to operate and there is a bidet in the toilet. Our room had no safe which was a bit annoying. Single bed was comfortable except the pillows were a bit flat. The view from our room was not the best but too much of an issue for me. Hairdryer and steamer are in the room along with a helpful umbrella. Slippers need to be requested (for free). TV options are limited with only CNN in English. Rooms are only cleaned upon request. Breakfast area was large and plenty of options to pick from including the lovely blueberry juice. There could have been more vegetarian options but the beans in the sauce were great. Cookies were fantastic and the hotel actually sell them as well. The gym had some good equipment and was not too busy when I used it. Business conferences do take place at the hotel so can possibly get busy at times. I am Expedia VIP member but only got a 20% discount for food and drink, which I feel Expedia could do better on. Overall, we had a great 3-night stay in a conveniently located hotel which provided all the necessary things we needed."

"We were in a twin room with views over the city, at the front of the hotel. Room was large and spacious. We had paid more for the Grande Twin room. The beds were comfortable and the room tidied every day. The only thing they didn’t do, was vacuum the room, but generally it was okay. The only issue, was a lack of draws. The space was there, but no draw units were in the room. This meant clothing had to be piled up in the bottom of the wardrobe. I found the room very quiet and no problem with noise. The air conditioning was very poor, so we just asked for a fan. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and good quality. The only problem was getting a table, as whatever time you went down, the breakfast room was always full and space limited. They also had low hanging lights, in the breakfast section, that I kept banging my head on, when getting up from the table. I am only 5 feet 4 inches tall, so not very tall. Overall, it was a nice, friendly hotel. A few niggles, but nothing major. It was also very central, a few minutes walk from the railway station and literally right opposite the department store Stockmans. I would probably stay there again, if in Helsinki."
