"No issues very easy"

"My biggest complaint is the smell. Our room had an awful odor. Every time we came back to our room, I had to brace myself for the smell. I had to wash all my clothes as soon as we got home. Staff was nice. I honestly don't think the money we paid for 2 nights was worth it. I was actually shocked by the total when I had to pay when we checked in. I didn't have the strength to fight anyone tho. Hotel is old and definitely needs a face lift. The breakfast was good quality and enjoyed a made to order omelette. Pool area was small. Some parts or the carpet smelled like old dirty pool water. Bathroom was nice and clean. The shower curtain didn't fit the tub, short, so water got everywhere."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options could be improved (more hot food options). They had spoiled milk one day (3 different cartons), but the staff promptly remedied this. We had a housekeeper walk-in the room the first morning we were there without checking to see if we were in there first (which was odd). Pool was a bit chilly, even for the kids. Front desk staff was wonderful upon check-in (Chase). Overall a nice stay."

"Friendly & helpful staff. Felt safe. There's a McDonald's next door. Easy access parking. Near an ice arena. There's a Buddy's restaurant, Starbucks across the hotel with a market & gas station. I liked the darken shades for nighttime. Comfortable king size bed. I highly recommend this hotel. Recently been remodeled. "

"Convenient location for out of town relatives to stay while in town for a family gathering. The house was clean and there is some routine maintenance needed to replace burned out light bulbs on porch, repair chipped paint on baseboards, corners, etc. in addition the veneer or finish on the tables could use a refresh. The upstairs bathroom was very nice. The first floor bathroom especially tub and fixtures need an update to support the nightly cost. "

"My daughter and family of 5 throughly enjoyed their stay in Plymouth. They had plenty of space, it was clean and updated. They notice a train go by the 1st day but did not notice after that. Would definitely stay again"
