The most friendly staff we have encountered in all are travels. Our room was kept spotless and serviced twice a day. The food ranged from good to very good with an ala carte menu for every meal. The beach was expansive and beautiful, the only drawback was the prevalent jelly fish in the ocean. Overall experience was excellent

The resort has an amazing watersports team that took us out to a shipwreck. They have paddle boards and kayaks which are part of the package of staying at this resort. The food was good and the views were perfect. We had a fantastic time. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this resort for our honeymoon! The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding to say the least. The resort gave off a calm and relaxing vibe so if that’s your vacation goal I recommend. It’s a quiet resort so not for couples that want activity.

A fantastic resort that left us feeling completely relaxed. The bay is perfect with soft, golden sand and crystal clear water. The quality of food across the resort is excellent and can’t be faulted. All members of the Galley Bay team - housekeeping, restaurant, bar, management - are superb! We couldn’t have asked for a better, friendly approach to the service and our overall experience. We are already planning our return visit!

Galley bay is a place that when you get there, it exceeds the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful. Most of the main staff was extremely helpful, the only small issue we had was the staff that tended the bars were sometimes very snobby and made it feel like we were bothering them when we asked for drinks. Other than that it was paradise!

The beach and water are stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everything felt relaxing and special from start to finish. We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely come back. One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at—10/10!

We loved the peaceful beach and sparkling clear water. The food, much of it grown on the property, was good and the restaurant staff did everything to ensure the guests were happy. The last time we visited Galley Bay was 14 years ago and it was even better than we remembered.

This is an incredible property. The location is fantastic. Our room was phenomenal. We can’t say enough good things about the staff and how incredibly helpful and friendly they were. The food was amazing with daily changes to the menu in all restaurants - I wouldn’t pay the extra for Ishmay restaurant as the food in the other restaurants was just as good. Pay the extra for the tomahawk steak instead in Seagrape. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. If you go you will have a fantastic stay - enjoy!

Quality & service were excellent. We were blown away by the amount of care each staff member offered us in any situation. The care in the rooms was perfect, loved having complimentary snorkel's & water sports gear to take advantage of the amazing reef on the beach. The food was also phenomenal, Gaugin's breakfast lunch & dinner were top tier. The more 'premium' restaurant Ismay's actually felt like it fell a bit short of Gaugin's which was our only gripe since there was an upcharge and it was harder to get a reservation there. I also believe they could stand to ease up on the dress code for the sea grape, or have the barefoot grill open for dinner to allow guests to not need to dress up every night, it was a bit much to do it every night and makes packing harder if you need to fit more nice clothes. Excursions were super easy to set up and taxi service was seamless. Definitely do Stingray city & Captain Sean's tour if you have the time! Our stay at Galley Bay was near perfect and we hope to come back soon :)
