“Property was as advertised. Affordable, clean and well stocked with the essentials. We were in town to visit the Baseball HOF and need a 2-night stay. We were all satisfied with the property.”

“This home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 12 wonderfully. Fully furnished home even down to toys for our 4 year old grandson. The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again. Cody and Jessica are great and nice to even know them before renting the property.”

“Awesome place. Our second stay. Very eclectic and cool. Will always be our go to for stays in little falls.”

“The property is very close to the interstate and hospital. This is a plus because Little Falls has a lot of confusing one way streets. The host respond very quickly to questions. This is a first for me. I used to having to wait for the host. Last which was a big plus the host was very proactive with sending the check in information before check in date. Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was……

“Great host at a beautiful property. She was kind enough to bring a crock pot over when I asked if there was one available. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!”

“What a wonderful place! Everything about this stay was perfect & easy! We look forward to staying here again. Very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, safe area, easy check-in & great communication!”

“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“Great home in ilion, close to family. We drove 1500 miles for a family funeral and it was great to be in a place that felt like home as we were there. Clean, well equipped and in a good, safe neighborhood, we would stay there next time if it is available”

“The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. The unit was a bit rustic for my wife’s taste. Also, there were……

“Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!”

“Perfect stay near family. We were able to stay 2 lovely nights in this beautiful home. Comfortable double bed with washer and dryer. King size bed in the master. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom was convenient.”

“Great accommodations for any getaway. There is enough to do right at the Pulpit House, you don't even need to plan other entertainment. Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far our favorite, just because of the convenience and atmosphere. There is dining and a small convenience store in very short walking distance, as well as a park for children. We highly recommend a stay here, and plan to return.”

“Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo.”

“Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay.”
