"I give it 5 stars. Always some room for improvement. Most of the staff were amazing. There were a couple that didn't seem to be very nice or didn't enjoy their job, Food was good. Colins - good. Reef - good (good variety each day as you eat here the most.) Sizzle steak house - great! Drinks were good. I appreciate the real drinks not being watered down. Room was great, had an Amazing view. Very happy about that. We had a family suite ocean view. Highly recommended. Nightly entertainment was good. Some great singers and the 2 fire guys get top marks! The minor negatives I will say are in an All inclusive the Umi and Sizzle restaruants being restricted is a negative, but with how good the Sizzle was I can forgive this. I really wish I could have experienced the Umni but it would have cost extra. It would be nice to have a hot tub on site. You need to add a 2nd bartender to the swim up bar when it gets busy. The one other negative would be to try to clean up the seaweed more often."
