The hotel entrance door does not lock. The room also had a stale smell. Staff was nice. Room was sketchy.

The property is very old. It looks like they’ve remodeled the front office, but that’s it, the room had a clean top sheet, but everything else was dirty. Carpets are worn out. The TV is very old and only had a few channels. The pillows had cigarette burn marks in them, the under sheets of the bed were soiled and stained. I would only recommend this hotel if you’re extremely low on cash and it’s your last option. On a good note, the young lady upfront was very nice and courteous and there is tons of parking. There was nobody available when I checked out. The odd part of my stay is I was in a non-smoking room and I could smell terrible tobacco smell throughout the building, and there were some kind of smoke smell lingering in the hallway.

We have stayed here numerous times through the years and it has been a pleasure every time. Sometimes when management or ownership changes things are not the same, but this motel has continued to be really good and friendly.

Yes things in this area were fine other then the bathroom. I had to hold the bath tub drain with my foot to take a shower or else the water would not drain. Another problem was the TV stations didn't come in clear. They had directTV. Which i found odd. I was there for work, as i work for the local sheriff's station. This issue was very inconvenient

Room lock quit working. Rented a handicap room .. it was not!! Sharp nails exposed over bathroom threshold/entry! Scent freshener plug in most pungent/overwhelming w/no window to open. No fan. Beds had deep wells, old/horrid. Under $70. yet still took credit card # if damage/breakage. Continental breakfast was only coffee. Few channels on small tv. Heater sucked too. Bad memory, sad experience.

This is obviously a small family run Inn. SAme woman that checked us in on Saturday afternoon, also was cleaning rooms and checked me out Sunday morning. Rooms were spotless and everything was seemless.

Sheets and bedding filthy. Went to call desk and phone didn’t work. I have a photo of what looks like a tick in the bathtub and there was grunge all around bath mat inside tub. Sheets had a clump of hair, stains, holes in sheets and pillowcases. I have photos to back it up. No way to adjust heating. Slept fully clothed on top of bedding using my coat for a blanket. Suddenly, around three am, the heating cranked up to the point of being difficult to breathe and had me stripping down to bra and underwear so I didn’t pass out. Had my pistol cocked beside me the whole night as no way to secure door. Placed chair in front, not to block opening as there was no way that was possible, but to give me warning in case someone opened it. Curtains would not close so large peek a boo gap in ground floor window. Spend the money and go somewhere cleaner and safer, especially for single female travelers like myself.

Very helpful Staff. My second time staying here was not as comfortable as the first. Different room, different bed. Very, very thin tissue bedsheet. Only 2 pillows. Disappointed, but it worked for the price and was clean.
