“Breakfast buffet was okay, not hugely appetizing. Maybe add some cut up fresh fruit, granola, nuts.
Dinner at the restaurant was very good - nice menu and well prepared food.
Hotel rooms and hallways a bit outdated.”

“The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes.
The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay”

“We stayed here last year and they had cnn, abc, nbc and cbs. Now they have none of these so a very boring t.v. when we checked in there was zero greeting. When we would come in in the evening the lady was at the desk doing nothing and zero greeting. Very, very odd for a hotel. ”
