Whether you’re here for sandy beaches, vibrant nightlife, or convenient amenities like shops, restaurants, and cafes, everything you need is just a short walk away.

Living Spaces:
Enjoy a dedicated living room with a comfortable sofa, large coffee table, and TV. The dining area comfortably seats 4–5 guests, perfect for sharing meals. AC is available in the living space to ensure maximum comfort.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven and electric hob. It`s perfect for both short and long-term stays!

This 2-bedroom apartment features two rooms, each with two single beds. For groups of more than 4 guests, we provide two additional folding beds with linens and towels, just like regular beds.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, including an ensuite, provide added privacy and convenience.

Linens & Comfort:
At 360 Estates, we prioritize your comfort. All linens are of the highest quality, and beds are made upon arrival. We also provide two towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is needed, we’ll have it prepared with care, just like the regular beds.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
