Modern Apartment Top Location Perfect for Families

Located in one of the best areas of St. Julians very close to the
seafront and boasting lovely views of the valley this brand new two
bedroom apartment is set in the exclusive Balluta Terrace residential
complex which is exactly next to the 5 star Meridien Hotel. The Balluta
sea-front, with a picturesque promenade that is renowned for the
restaurants serving the finest food, international five star hotels,
cafeterias and an endless stretch of pristine beaches and bathing
inlets is literally at your doorstep.
The property is tastefully finished and fully equipped including
air-conditioning throughout. It compromises of a modern fully equipped
kitchen, living and dining with a comfortable sofa. The sleeping
quarters consist of a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite
facility and a second bedroom with two single beds which can be joined
to form another double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a large
balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the valley. Complementing
this property is a bathroom and a laundry room with a washer.
The apartment tends to keep cool in the summer months and relatively
warm in the winter. Further amenities include an LCD TV, Cable TV, iron
and iron-board, and FREE WiFi. Towels, linen and bed-sheets are also
provided.
This amazing property is more than just a place to stay, its the sort
of place that will make your stay in Malta an unforgettable one!

Great location

Address didn’t greet us to the property’s door, but a phone call finally worked. Management company was in constant contact with us prior to and throughout our stay. They were very helpful.
