“We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced.
To begin with, I will note the positives:
Clean room
Friendly staff
Beautiful views
Now the negatives:
Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on.……

“Room was beautifully decorated sofa was so comfy . Amazing attentive staff so helpull and informative. Especially the lady on reception in the swimming pool . Food was excellent.
We had a wonderful stay thank you 😊 ”

“A beautiful hotel in an incredible location, with lovely spa facilities that are worth a visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
That said, for a hotel of this calibre, we did notice a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. Small touches — like having the tea tray refreshed without needing to ask — are the kind of details that elevate a stay, and we found ourselves having to prompt for these. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it’s worth being aware of……
