“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“The Kinson was perfect for my 3 day stay. I like walking and the hotel is about 3 kms from Flinders Street but the tram also stops 2 minutes away. My room was light and spacious and I loved the views. I really appreciated having the ability to open a window a little if I wanted. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were just right. The bathroom was light and clean. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend The……

“Cheap nights stay. Room is very clean but depending on how the other guests are the bathroom can be pretty bad. Either they aren't cleaned enough or other guests don't have the courtesy to leave the communal spaces tidy.”

“第一間入住的房間不乾淨，插座壞，檯燈壞，椅子上都是屑，房間一股怪味。後來反應換了房間，好很多，但是桌上服務電話是壞的想問WiFi 密碼要特別google響很久才會接。 停車格很擠適合小車人士。位置好，旁邊就是輕軌，沙灘，Luna park. 衛浴設備乾淨，舒適。”

“乾淨，有廚房，可自己煮飯，離電車站近，走路五分內就到。後面有Albert大公園，每天早上可去晨跑運動。”

“已付附加房客費用，但沒有附加毛巾或其他洗漱用具。其中一天什至只有一條新浴巾。 我住3晚，腳上的紅疹每天增加並且非常痕癢，估計床鋪污糟。第三晚更發現床罩有血跡，想喚人更換但已過11點，全部已經下班。”
