"Feedback would be as a women staying on own I didn’t feel comfortable being on ground floor and coming in to a window open "

"Shampoo and shower gels had run out. Bathroom flooded a bit as floor divider thing was a bit thin. One of the side lights by bed did not work. Was a lovely room. Great views. "

"On checking in the receptionist was new which slowed things up. Upon entering our room the duvet cover was the wrong size for the duvet also the pillows were lumpy and needed replacing LUCKILY Becky came to the rescue with a new duvet and different pillows!"

"A very tired hotel, rooms & spa facilities. Bedrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Our sink & bath didn’t drain. The hand soap dispenser didn’t work. The spa is exceptionally tired. Mould around the sinks. Breakfast had a good selection but it had all been sat out for some time. Overall, a disappointing stay I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Ideally situated in town. Car park good Breakfast good Bar closed at 11. Did not stay open for residents"

"There is no elevator/lift, so not ideal if you have luggage, and the wifi is not good. "
