「I always enjoy staying at the Stonefence. They are upgrading the pool area so that wasn't available to swim in, but the beautiful river was! I hope that opening the restaurant will work out for them (they were doing a "soft opening" during the stay). I loved my lunch out on the patio, reading my book and seeing the river.」

「The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ 」

「We stayed for two nights during homecoming for SUNY Canton. It was a girls trip to see our freshman play volleyball and Susan went above and beyond to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. The home is charming, clean and comfortable. We had farm fresh eggs from the host’s very own chickens. The host left us everything we needed to make eggs on English muffins.
