“Easy check in and check out. Parking was directly in front of the condo. Clements was very attentive and quick to respond. Area was quite and very close to Botanical Garden and several eateries my favorite was Rooster! I didn't use the kitchen so I can't give helpful information on that. The condo was equipped with a washer and dryer which was very handy. If you're looking for a place that's close to freeway access; quiet and comfortable this condo is recommended.”

“Listing was not entirely correct. Kitchen was not well stocked, not enough pans, no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, the center burner on the stove did not work. We had to ask the host for toilet paper and paper towels and the host responded quickly. The listing stated that you could walk to the stadium and that is true, but part of the walk was a little shady, I would not recommend for a family. The listing stated something about games in the patio, but we did not see any games and the patio……

“The place was so comfortable. The old building has so much character. It is in a great location. Very safe and close to amazing areas around St. Louis. The host was good at communicating and accommodating my requests. I would stay there again!”

“Very comfortable beds, convenient location for graduation stay. Loved that it had blackout shades for better sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed.There is one full bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor (not ensuite). That bedroom had a crib and pack-and-play so would be good for people with small children. There are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There both a garage and on-street parking. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.Be aware that Benton……
