"From check in with Luna to dinner at the Eclipse to check out, we had an absolutely amazing time!! Every staff member was so super friendly I felt like we had some interaction with everyone there! Even though I don't remember everyone's names, they all were so super awesome! The hotel was more than I expected; beautiful, clean, great location, no problems with parking, we loved it! The beds were super comfortable too. Our room faced the parking lot which we were fine with as we could not only see our car but we also "people watched" from our window which at times was entertaining because people really don't know how to park some times! We also noted that there wasn't any garbage in that back parking lot, not even across the street in the metro and school parking which was very impressive. Very clean area! There were SO MANY restaurants to choose from and so many shops in the area. We did have dinner at the Eclipse which was amazing and the Moon Ball dessert was the best thing I've ever put in my mouth!! We also loved all the moon decor! The girls at the front desk were so awesome- everyone told my son happy birthday and we're so nice to my grandson (he was so happy with his tattoos thank you ladies!!) Luna also changed the stairs to green for my grandson (he put on his Buzz Light-year pjs and had me take pictures on the stairs!) We absolutely loved the rain shower too! It was so relaxing I never wanted to get out! Thank you everyone for an amazing stay!"

"The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff great property!"

"We enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the bar, however we left some precious items behind in a drawer and called to collect them that evening only to find they said they weren't there. They explained housekeeping goes through everything once a guest leaves so it is apparent that housekeeping has kept our items which is disappointing. I have called back several times to be put through to the housekeeping manager and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but unfortunately nobody has returned my call. This has tainted my opinion of this hotel which is very disappointing as it has the potential to be a wonderful hotel."

"This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel. "
