"This was my first time staying in a Drury Inn and it will not be my last! The breakfast was awesome but the best part was the 5:30 kickback!!!! We didn't need to spend any money on food!! When you step out the front doors....there's Union Station!! We were very pleased."

"First, the sink in the restroom was blocked. We used the phone in the room, but the phone does not work at all. Went downstairs and talked to reception. Nothing happened. Then had to go downstairs again and talked to him again. They sent the repair guy and he was good, fixing the problem in 10 minutes. Second, in the shower room, the shower gel bottle was broken. Third, tried to buy bottled water by the reception area. No bottles at all. It was empty. The receptionist gave me one small bottle of water for free."

"The clerk was nice. The hallway outside our room reeked of cigarette smoke which made its way into the room. Being allergic to smoke (asthmatic) it made for a tough night. The room was fairly well cleaned, but stains on chairs and old dirt/rust around the tub left the impression of being dated and grubby. Again, the room was clean so it’s not the staff’s fault. Since it was just one night it was fine."

"Clean room, easy check in. Our TV didn’t work. We called the front desk. He said “they’ll be right up to fix it”. They never showed up and we went on to bed. The breakfast wasn’t anything special for the price. It was the same food as the usual free breakfast at other hotels."
