「The house is as listed. It was clean, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. It is in a good location with a short drive to Canal Park, and restaurants. I would stay here again. 」

「This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager...

「Beautiful property! Lots to do. Got access to the pontoon boat, paddleboards, kayaks, very nice dock. Also hot tub and sauna. Well kept. We are going back in October for a wedding! Loved it!!」

「Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well. 」

「The place is very cute. It's narrow as a train car would be but extra space appears to have added on so there is a large bedroom with bunk beds and an upstairs bedroom which is large and lovely. The beach was really nice and the water was warm. Duluth is a fun City to walk. There is a great walk along the shore and going downtown.」

「Beautiful lakefront home. Especially enjoyed time on the lake with a variety of small watercraft toys (kayaks, paddle board and canoe). Small hiccup with not having the correct code to the door at checkin; resolved with a couple phone calls.Kindly refunded pet cleaning fee on day of check in when we didn’t bring our dog.Easy to communicate with throughout the week when various questions came up. Enjoyed our stay overall.」

「The cabin is a dream lake house for a large group and multiple families.There is a well equipped kitchen, ample space in the living room, many many beds, and a huge yard leading down to a dock with room for a boat and fun swimming and fishing off the dock.」

「This house was a great find. Plenty of space, clean, great amenities. Very quiet neighborhood-it’s the old rectory to the church next door, which is slated to be torn down. The new church is next door to that on the corner, there’s another house on the other side of you, and it’s across the street from a mostly undeveloped park with woods and trails. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We’ll look for it next year!」

The property is extremely well maintained, beautiful, very comfortable, and Drew is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. Looking at this listing isn’t enough - you have to hear it. I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! 」

「Staying in this gorgeous house was like being in a spotless Bed and Breakfast (minus the breakfast!). The pictures do not do it justice. The details in the construction and the furniture are impressive. The house is more than well stocked with tons of dishes, glasses, thick towels, etc. The trail behind the house is a delight. We didn't need heat or AC while we were there and just opened a few of the many windows. One bedroom and sitting room are on the other side of the house making privacy for...

「A large, authentic log cabin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. We especially loved the front dining room with windows looking outover the lake and the patio/firepit.Briar Lake is a small, shallow lake with weeds and moderate clarity, so it wasn't ideal for swimming, but the kids and grandkids enjoyed the paddleboards....and the sauna was a nice feature.Great communication and very easy check-in and check-out. Very nice to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher.」
