The first room that we were assigned to had a TV that didn't work properly and an air conditioner that did not work well either. The changed us to another room. The second room had a TV that took some getting used to. They really need a better set up for the TV services that they are providing, as well as a guild to what channels are available.

It looked like the shower walls haven’t been cleaned in a while. There was dried shampoo on the sides of the shower. Also they need to wash the comforters more often. They looked like they had dog hair all over them.

Looked like it was under construction, boxes of tile in the entrance looked like they had been there for a decade, boxes in what looked like the pool were one of the first things visible. Staff was eating dinner in the lobby when I arrived. Was told there was only one entrance that worked. I was asked if I had a pet three times, each time the response was the same, no I do not have a pet. Room was stark and windows were seriously smudged. It was a cheap room, i get that, but it was pretty terrible.

The property is clean, bug free, and staff were very nice and helpful. The only inconvenience was that the pool was not in service at the time of our stay. The breakfast was also very good and had a variety of food to eat.

The list of issues would exceed the maximum characters. Here are a few highlights. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, the a/c unit turning off sounded like a gunshot, the non-smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, the elevator had an alarming sound when it reached every floor, and the whole place looked like it hadn't been repaired in at least a decade. The free breakfast was barely a breakfast, but I figured I'd at least enjoy the orange juice. I was wrong. It tasted like orange juice flavored water. The only good thing I can say is that I am no longer there.

Stay away from this hotel. I booked online and paid online and was told there would be a 100 dollar charge on my card that would be refunded if there was no damage or smoking. I don’t smoke but the whole place smelled of smoke so how they would even but a hold on my card is ridiculous. I learned my lesson and will never book again I hope this helps someone else.
