不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
1. Construction on every floor, was not made aware. And couldn't use pool.
2. I originally booked the room for $174 + a $50 security fee thatd get returned. They tried charging me $290 before the fee. But luckily I had the reservation on hand and they honored the $224 and eventually returned the fee.
3. Side door kept getting propped open by I assume the construction workers. But when items were removed by those of us staying there, another item magically appeared not long after. Front desk workers didnt seem to on top of fixing it when told.
4. Smoke detector went off at 2am with no smoke/steam around. Not low battery chirp but full on blaring. Had to take it out.
5. Room next to mine plus my rooms door handles were very loose, like they were about to pop off and key cards barely worked no matter how many switch outs. Plus when they did work, I had to throw my whole weight into the door just so itd open
