Great location and very welcoming

Our host was great, made us feel at home, and checked in on us during some inclement weather. The historic house was was safe, comfortable and clean and a great place to stay.

Excellent for a family of 6

The property was a nice find! It has a unique blend of 1900s features and updates that give it a unique charm. The couches slept wonderfully, the kitchen was very nice, and the bedrooms were great!

First time to St. Louis

This apartment is absolutely stunning and cozy! This location for what we wanted to see was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we ever headed back to St. Louis. Joe was helpful and informative with good suggestions which help make our trip even better!

Convenient Location

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Classy Midtown! The owner Joe did a fantastic job of communicating updates and checkin tips. Appreciated his advice on local restaurant recommendations. The unit was clean and stocked with necessities. The location is perfect for sightseeing nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend to others trying to stay in the area!

Eclectic and Cozy

My family came to explore a new city we have never been to and this place was a pleasant and cozy stay. It is close to so many of the attractions. Fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals and have a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

We had a great trip, the house looks exactly as pictured- and was stunning. Very big. Felt safe there. Host was so kind, and reached out mid trip to make sure we were doing well, make sure we didn’t need anything- and give recommendations to local places. We were very pleased, and will be booking again!

Great home and great location

The location of the house was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Short drives to the arch, the zoo, etc. Joe was great checking in on us from check in to check out and offered some of his favorite local spots. Would definitely rent again.

Great place!

We stayed as a family of 5 for a sports tournament. We loved the location. We felt very safe. You can hear the highway noise a little, but it didn’t bother us at all. Gorgeous house that’s been updated, it was the perfect layout for us to relax & unwind between games. We’ll look to stay here again when we’re in town in the future.

Quick getaway

Made a last minute trip to a new location we’ve never been and it was a great location close to everything. The place was cute, spacious for 4 kids and very comfortable!! The host, Joe, was very helpful and informative for places to eat and made sure we didn’t need anything else!

Family fun!

We found the apartment/unit to be clean, convenient and comfortable. The grandkids loved sleeping on the fold out couch and the other beds were very comfy. It was very close to the Aquarium, the City Museum and the zoo. We will definitely rent from Joe again!

Welcoming, Charming Home

My family stayed here while visiting the area for a few days. It was the perfect place to come back to after a full day out. Lots of character and charm! Very welcoming! The host was very easy to get ahold of and was ready with suggestions for everything! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning place

Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

Great Location!

My family and I traveled to St. Lois to watch the Brewers play the Cardinals. Everything was wonderful! Excellent safe location with easy access to a variety of spots we wanted to check out. The place was full of charm and comfort. Nearby breakfast place was out of this world amazing! Everyone we encountered was welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Communication w/Host

We had a long weekend in St. Louis to watch a game, and this property was really great. Plenty of room, pictures and description are accurate, and host very communicative. We left our luggage in the unit after check-out time and picked it up on our way back to the airport, very easy. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, there isn't a ton of stuff within walking distance but if you rent a car or Uber/Lyft around it is no problem. Highly recommend!

In town for a concert downtown

Great location & place

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys are 10 & 12 and especially loved the Pac-Man game. The location was great to get to everywhere we wanted. We did hear about crime concerns for St. Louis prior to arriving but felt safe staying here. (We didn’t experience any issues during our trip, but we were sure to not leave anything off value in our vehicle.) If we visit St. Louis in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Nice property

Check in was super easy. Easy instructions once checked in. Clean home and had all the items we needed. Only thing to mention is that it's not truly a 3 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the front room but it does have doors to close it off if needed. But super close to all the places we needed to be on our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the city of St Louis.

Concert stay one night

Great Old House

This property is a great old building with much of the original architecture still in place. Joe has done a great job renovating the place and the kitchen is wonderful. Plus the video game console was a lot of fun to play. The property is conveniently located and everywhere I wanted to visit was within a 10 minute drive; the Arch, the zoo, great restaurants. Definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting Saint Louis.
