Course this place based on reviews, and let me say it did not disappoint. My husband and I came in for a baseball game and wanted to stay in a place that was safe and centrally located. HIGHLY recommend!

States to have AC as one of the utilities but you do NOT have access to changing temperature unless you message the host AND if the upstairs guests are okay with it. In the fox den you will share the space with others located in the upstairs unit (host said he only offered one unit btw) Sounds easily travel from each unit which made our stay unpleasant. There is a sign by the bedside stating to ask the host to remedy upstairs disturbances. Upon request the host told me that the reason for the screaming and noise was because it was a “large family with many small children” and offered no support. The fox den seems to be the less expensive and maintained unit as we were not able to get most things accommodated for us. Things such as the ceiling and other crevices need to be dusted and kept for. If you decide to stay here choose the upstairs unit!

Everything was as listed and was great. Ran into an issue right at the start that was taken care of quickly. Neighborhood was nice and cute as well. Would stay again.

Great little basement unit! Very well decorated and cozy. Close to the botanical garden and in a nice little neighborhood, and nicely located for St Louis exploration.

A unique experience. Very clean, beautifully appointed basement apartment. Very close to venues we were attending. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is potentially a challenge, but we didn't have any issues. Would not recommend this folks with mobility issues, but overall, a very nice place to stay!

The space was super clean and cozy! The shower is small, but the water pressure is great! The bed was comfortable and we were able to work the TV with no technical difficulties. Upstairs neighbors were kinda loud during the day, but at night it wasn’t an issue. Overall, a great stay!

It was all good, wish the couch was a little higher. Very nice neighborhood.Don't forget to read the email sent by the host, completely, to insure you don't use the wrong door for entry! :)

The home was exactly as described. It took me a minute to get used to the low ceilings, and my boyfriend did have to duck in a few spots, but that is all in the description. It was perfect for our trip!

We just were there for the night. It was very comfortable and clean. The pull out sofa wasn’t the best. It would have been better for just 2 people. The stairs to get down to the basement level were somewhat less appealing. Based on the listing I thought we would have access to the upper balcony to view the Mississippi. The owner was excellent! When we got there I was unable to get the key code because my Wi Fi wasn’t connected. I texted the owner and he called me back immediately! We were so thankful!

Beautiful place to stay for couples!! Sasha's on Shaw was delicious!! Budweiser Brew house on game day was awesome! 32 Endless Beer, Hotdogs, burgers, and nachos. And you get to watch the ball game from the roof!! The Fabulous Fox Theater was absolutely beautiful!!

Cute, clean, and cozy! The host is very responsive and communicates with ease and efficiency! There is a beautiful botanical garden within walking distance plus some shops and cafes. It is close by to alot of attractions. They do have scooters available but unfortunately we did not utilize. The only downfall was the upstairs renters being loud late night/early morning but for only a short period. 10/10, would stay again and would recommend!

The property was really well decorated and check-in was easy. The property was comfortable and the decor theme was really enjoyable for us! We were able to park on the street and walk to coffee shops and restaurants close by. I would recommend staying here to explore St Louis!
