The staff are AMAZING there. They treat you with respect, always there if you need anything. I wish the lounge was open later, especially if you arrive late to check in. It would be nice to check in, bring your luggage to your room and go to the lounge to eat.

We chose this hotel for the location! Staff very friendly BUT the valet guy stood out best: we returned from the concert and asked if valet was 24hrs he said yes and what time will we be needing our vehicle. Bet your life it was sitting there waiting for us at 7am! He knows how to earn his tip!

The hotel staff was amazing from the front desk to the valet staff. I love the hospitality and the attentiveness. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided. The pool area could of been better, the chairs had bird poop and the pool was freezing cold and the weather was 95 degrees, so I couldn’t enjoy the pool and that was one of the reasons for booking this hotel was the roof top pool. Overall would stay here again and the food from the restaurant was great. Staff even recommended a coffee shop down the street for me to get my wife a latte since they don’t serve that there. The staff of the hotel really embodied the city of St Louis. This was our first time in the state and city, but it won’t be the last because of how great we were treated. Keep up the good work.

The rooms were excellent. The pool was smaller than expected and the rooftop bar is only opened on Fridays & Saturdays which we didn't know before hand.

The hotel is beautiful! Loved our room - spacious and bathroom was luxurious. Our family enjoyed the roof top pool, too! Only disappointment was the breakfast: very overpriced, and despite the nice presentation, the taste was subpar.

The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad. Hotel St. Louis was very expensive for our needs, but would be fine for someone who wanted to use the fitness center, restaurant, room service, etc. I have asked for some sort of reimbursement but don't expect the hotel to come through with that.
