Does not cater to weekday guests
The space was large and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. The wooden floors have large cracks that trap filth. While searching for a dropped item, I found a fingernail fragment. The weekend trash had piled up in the hallway and stank. No one took it out while we were there. There were tool marks on the elevator door and the parking lot gate. A car in the parking lot had bullet holes in it. We were short one blanket and this situation was not resolved during our stay. There is no whirlpool tub and the pool was not open during our stay.

Great St Louis Experience
Great overall experience. Please install a safety bar in the front bathtub to help prevent falls.

In 3 years no one has ever fell! There floors are hardwood which aren’t slippery at all and a rug outside the tub. Next time you stay in an Airbnb report all damages before checking out. My blinds are broken and so is my towel rack which should not be used as a safety bar hence the reason why it fell

The location is great in this area of STL. Especially enjoyed the gated area for parking and the key fob entry. The neighborhood is gentrifying as of this review. Cute grocery store, coffee shops. We didn’t eat at any of the immediately local places, but they did look nice. The recommendations of the host were spot on. The location is great to travel to any area - the arch, downtown, Forest Park, river cruise, the botanical garden, butterfly house, Grants Farm, The Hill, and the Soulard Farms Market.

Overall fair to good place
Took a long time for driver to work. Furniture was cheap felt like it would break easily. Hallway reeked of pot, questionable neighborhood.

I spent $10,000 on that apartment! I assure you nothing about it is cheap. I assume my suite smelled smoke free, this should be the area of focus as I can not control my neighbors in the building. I'm not sure what you mean by "questionable" neighborhood exactly. It is in downtown St. Louis in a building full of diversity and families. In my opinion any area is questionable.
