In town for baseball games. We were very happy with the hotel stay and price! Rooms were good size plus there’s restaurants and gas stations within blocks. Would stay again.

Our room was nice and clean. Even though the hotel was fairly full, our room was quiet. Breakfast was limited with only breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, and coffee. We stayed for four nights.

Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat

We appreciated being able to check in early, and the staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming. That definitely made a good first impression. However, the room felt like a bit of a downgrade. The bathroom in particular seemed dated, and the floors didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The main room itself was fine and seemed clean, and the bed was very comfortable—probably the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was underwhelming. There were no hot food options—just bread, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal. We were only passing through and didn’t expect much, but we usually look forward to hotel breakfast, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was okay for a quick stop, but I likely wouldn’t stay here again

Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty

Someone has unplugged the fridge and the freezer defrosted. There was water all over the floor. We cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned.

Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so.
