Great hotel, suite needed a little maintenance

The staff at this location are amazing. The only things about the hotel that bring the rating down are mechanics of the room. I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been too hot.

Mini home

Wish I had found this hotel for my previous visits to STL. It's like a mini apartment. Bed was super comfy. I travel for work and pleasure and this hotel is perfect for longer stays. Had everything needed. Has a mini mart which was hwlpful coming in on a late flight. But i loved the shuttle service. Drivers were great. I do wish the drivers has a way to tip them, like a venmo q code they could place at the front of the bus when on their shift. We rarely carry cash anymore and they deserve a little extra fpe doing a little extra!

Friendly, Professional, Comfy, and budget friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay!!! The room was very clean and everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. The staff was amazing and very friendlly. We were greeted with smiles by the ENTIRE staff each and every time we encountered them. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The location was great also. We did have an issue with our toilet which they took care of immediately. We will definitely book again but longer next time. Lastly, budget friendly. The only thing I didn't like while booking was that I forgot to use my coupon code--I wish there was a copy/paste option there.

What you see is not what you get

Police were arriving when we were checking in for an issue. More police arrived. Front desk lady didn’t want to look up my Marriott Bonvoy number and made multiple excuses. sticky dried soda on kitchen floor. Toenail Clipping and fake nails in pile by curtain. Breakfast was good. Pullout bed mattress just springs with no padding.

The staff was very nice and the complementary shuttle was very nice! We had just drove about 4 hours and was getting ready to head out to grab McDonald's that is next door, they let us know some other options and even drove us to a restaurant and picked us up once done. This was one our best stays, very quiet and nice amenities.
