The Space:
Historic brick walk-up meets modern comfort: queen bedroom for deep sleep, twin bedroom for a friend or child. Stream a movie after exploring Cherokee Street, then cook in the fully stocked kitchen while Fido enjoys the yard. Full bath, washer-dryer, strong A/C & heat keep stays comfy year-round.

Guest Access:
Entire apartment and shared fenced garden. Smart lock with personalised code; arrive anytime after 4 PM. Free street parking steps away.

The Neighborhood:
Benton Park West blends small-town friendliness with quick access to downtown sights. Sip craft coffee two blocks over, then Uber 8 min to the Gateway Arch.

Getting Around:
Easy highway access plus bus and scooters nearby. Most guests use ride-shares for nightlife—no parking hassles at home base.

Location was good we checked in 2 hours late the master bedroom did not have a door the bathroom was dirty hair all in the tub permanent stains around the tub as well a lot of steps to walk up and down the ceiling is chipping and that can cause lead poisoning etc the TV did not work and the remote control that was there did not go to the TV top of the freezer was not working well I was disappointed and felt that it was a waste of money

The host was fast to communicate back with me if I had questions or concerns. The problem was that the apartment was not clean when it was time to check in. However, they did send someone out right away to clean. Also the location was not the best of neighborhoods.

Not recommend

Thé neighborhood was really bad the 1st week we heard shooting every night in the street. Also the place didn’t have enough equipment for staying like, not enough plates and glasses for two people for 2 times meal in a day. Only 3 plates and 3 bowls. We had to buy our own dishes for staying there. Also the backyard fence was broken, we used a rope to close it temporary, dryer was broken we washed our clothes but we were not able to dry our clothes! We wait two days for them to dry. The entrance door was fine but the door after the stair was broken and for people with children it was very unsafe because the kids may pass this door easily and fall down from the stair.. the manager was available but he was not doing any effort to resolve the problems that we keep reporting to him. Also as soon as we arrived we noticed that backyard was full of dog poops. In the pictures you see there is an office but interestingly office didn’t have any outlets to plug my laptop. I’m sorry but I really don’t recommend this place. And I think it needs to be removed from VRBO
