This property is out of business as I learned at midnight when my taxi pulled up to the boarded hotel. No one bothered to notify me prior. My experience rebooking was a nightmare and took many hours on the phone.

I am absolutely unsatisfied with Sure Stay and this booking through your company. I called them as soon as I landed (which was 10:50) at night for their shuttle service from airport to hotel. Five phone calls. Nobody answered. I am forced to take a taxi to address and nobody is there. There is caution tape on the outside. A few lights on the bottom floor, no lights on any of the other floors. No cars in the parking lot. The cab took me back to the airport and between myself and my friend, back in Florida, we spent 2.5 hours trying to find me a place to stay the night. Apparently, all the hotels were booked because of the Blues Game and NKOTB concert. Why did I have to go through that miserable experience when I booked this hotel through your website two months ago? I want a full refund, as I had to make other hotel reservations plus a miserable time. You don't treat your customers like that. Tara Metternich

I called them five times to come pick me up at airport. No answer. I took a cab to the address given to me on the internet. Nobody answered the phone because nobody was there. Never Again!

We arrived at night to find the hotel shut down due to a gas leak. We had booked a few weeks before but received no notice that it was closed and no refund. Overall, a bad experience and a rough start to our time in saint louis.

This hotel was a scam. Upon my arrival at the airport I called the hotel for the shuttle and was told the hotel was closed for a gas leak and I would need to find a different place to stay. I asked about a refund and was told I’d have to get it from Expedia. I found a new place to stay and the driver of that hotel’s shuttle told me this hotel doesn’t exist and this happens to people all the time. I looked up the hotel on Google, and sure enough it says “permanently closed.” I called Expedia about a refund which they said they needed to process with the hotel. The hotel rejected the refund request “due to their policy.” Thankfully, after a second call, Expedia stepped up and refunded my money to me despite the hotel’s refusal.

I shouldn't have paid the full amount if I was only there for a couple hours I should have got a discount because I checked in at midnight and I was only there till 7 in the morning or 8 so it wasn't a full day there

The staff was nice. The parking lot seemed a little small. We had to walk through a door and up a flight of stairs to get to our room. The walls are very thin. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The room is big. It is super close to the airport which is a big plus.

Awful. Pick literally anywhere else. Unorganized, nearly missed a flight due to a late shuttle and terrible checkout process. Clumps of hair in the room, clearly was not fully cleaned. It was gross.

Close to Airport,but Average hotel at best

Front staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it was very difficult to see the actual turn to get to the hotel. GPS has not been updated to reflect the closure of the private road that used to go to the complex. There are 3? Different buildings inter-connected. Was very noisy hotel with doors closing hard and loud. Noticeable updates have been made, but overall hotel felt to be lacking. It close to west end of airport, but is an island, there are no food places in the immediate area
