World’s Fair Charm -Two Story 3 bdrm

This urban oasis is a two-story full brick home that was built in 1922. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first level. As our guest you will have full privacy and access to all the comforts the property offers. This home is great for couples, long term stays, family vacations, concerts, ballgames, friends and business travelers. The property is close to all things St. Louis. Stay for a few nights or weeks. We are within 6 miles of some of the biggest venues and attractions. The property offers two king beds and one queen adjustable bed, with an additional sofa bed if needed. A fenced in yard with an outdoor Ring system, and the detached garage parking provides an additional level of security. This property is not handicap accessible.

This place was very nice! Lots of charm and small touches. The neighborhood was safe and having the garage was great. Miles was very accommodating and the communication was fabulous. We were here for an event at the convention center. The travel back and forth was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This is a beautiful house! Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here while visiting our son in the area. The house was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, safe, and just plain relaxing! The hosts are so kind as to keep the kitchen nicely stocked with not only cookware and dishes, but also a huge supply of spices and things like butter, sugar, coffee, jelly, salad dressings, etc. They also left out a variety of snacks for us to enjoy and that was just a huge help to us! Also, we had a special request and the hosts were fantastic about communicating their ability to accommodate our needs. We definitely recommend this host and home for your next stay in St Louis!

I booked this property for a girls' weekend for me and my 3 friends. The house was perfect for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The tornado a few weeks before caused some damage in the area, but the host had all the debris cleared out of the yard before our arrival and was very communicative about everything. Superb stay

Our stay was amazing! The home is clean and inviting! The hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything for their guests. Great Historic House

We really enjoyed our stay- it was the perfect place for a family get together. The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the shower accommodations were fantastic. We will stay here again if we ever find our selves in Saint Louis!
