“This is a great location to downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was tastefully renovated with modern amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too. We arrived at night, in the rain and didn’t realize the garage was around the corner from the home. We parked in front of the house and ended up with a $30 parking citation. This information was noted in the house rules binder that we found the day we were checking out inside the coffee table drawer. Might be a good idea to list this……

“I grew up in the area so I knew it well. It was so nice to get back to the true country of dirt roads and farms. So peaceful and that was exactly what we needed due to circumstances of our visit. Kate was a wonderful host and so accommodating. Looking forward to more visits!”

“Property was clean but smaller with odd floorplan than we expected. Double bed was against the wall so it was difficult for two people to sleep on it. Wife used the pull-out couch and I used the bed. Shower door does not close so water leaked onto floor. (should get it fixed to avoid damage to floor) Towels were clean and fresh. Had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Kitchen is OK for a quick breakfast or snack since it only has a bar top against the wall. Coffee maker was great. TV's……

“The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. Overall rating of rental 5.0 Thanks for use of your rental. We will rent this unit again in the future. Thanks, Paul/Lisa”

“We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. We will certainly book with Erica again, if we ever need an another rental in the area. Thank you for letting my……

“We were staying here visiting our son and celebrating our anniversary. This is a nice little cabin. It was extremely clean and several small touches that were very pleasing. The decor is very cute. We had everything we needed plus some. If you are staying in this area definitely check this listing out. You will not be disappointed.”

“Only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Angie communicated throughout the process-even sending condolences when she found out we were in the area for brother in law’s funeral. Very clean, cozy, and easy to find everything, ie instructions to TV, and house rules. Beautiful view from patio of small lake-moon was full! If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here again :)”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for in regards to location and setup. Tucked away in the woods and cozy. We enjoyed the sleeping quarters along with the riverside views provided. The surrounding public hunting was all close and easily reached. The cons we encounterd consisted of no running water due to a frozen pump, the cleanliness was overall okay but we had to wash all the silverware we used.”

“Booked the King Jacuzzi. Everything was excellent, newly remodeled room, comfy bed, clean linens, clean room... Only real suggestion for improvement i can suggest is get the Jacuzzi a better jet system or motor or whatever makes the jets run. The jets were really weak, but still really pleased with everything overall.”

“Property is a little dated, but otherwise okay. Only minor problems were with the elevator door which moved like a 90 year old man, when opening & closing and with everything electrical in the room being unplugged on arrival (clock alarm, TV, wall mounted hair dryer).”
