This contemporary villa is perfectly situated on the ever-present trade winds and offers magnificent sea views from around the porches and terraces around the house. At the backside of the villa, there are amazing views over the inland lake, its surrounding mountainous terrain and the salt pans of Jan Kok.
Upon entering the villa, the colorful courtyard garden that separates the bedroom area from the open living room, can be found. The adjacent fully equipped and spacious open kitchen has direct connection to the porch and the large outdoor terrace with dining table.
The villa can host up to 12 guests and is equipped with all contemporary facilities, such as a Nespresso Coffee Machine, double-doors American fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, Sonos sound system and of course Wi-Fi in all areas of the villa. Also Netflix is available to watch all kinds of movies/series, apart from the available satellite/cable TV.
On the porch at the front side you will find the spacious pool deck with large pool. This is a lovely place where you can dine, gas BBQ and relax on the sun loungers in the sun or the shade. The palapa near the pool is a nice shady lounge area where you can enjoy the great view and the sunset while enjoying a cool drink.
All 6 bedrooms are situated around the courtyard garden of which the master bedroom offers direct access to the porch and swimming pool. All bedrooms have their own outdoor terrace and are air conditioned. In addition, they are also equipped with ceiling fans and window shutters, which pleasantly allows sleeping on the cooling trade winds.
In the basement there is a well-equipped gym and even mountain bikes are available for a challenging ride through the hilly surroundings.
The total living area measures 715 m2.
Facilities on Coral Estate include 2 of the island's beloved restaurants, 'Karakter' and 'Koraal', a luxury Spa & Wellness Center and a bakery for daily fresh bread and more.
Coral Estate is also an ideal place for watersports, the on-site 5-star Padi Dive School is there for beginners as well as for the most advanced divers to enjoy the two reefs in front of the estate. Kayaks, SUP-Boards and snorkeling gear can also be rented.
Apart from Coral Estate's own beach, some of Curacao's most beautiful beaches can be reached within a 15-minutes' drive, like Draaibooi Beach, Porto Mari Beach and even Cas Abou Beach is nearby. Cas Abou Beach was voted in 2017 by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
General facilities, like grocery stores can be found in nearby villages St. Willibrordus and Tera Kora. For large supermarkets and all other stores and facilities, Willemstad is just a half an hour away. In and around Willemstad, there are also many bars and wonderful restaurants to visit. Curacao's International Hato Airport is just 25 minutes away from Coral Estate.
