“Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. ”

“The room is just ok. The water pressure for the hot shower is not enough, especially in the winter time. Also, it is disappointed that the WiFi signal is poor in our room. Limited WiFi login account with 500MB limit only. Not a enjoyable stay but just ok if just spent one night in Auckland. ”

“Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is new and is nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but works well. Building is central to shops and easy access to motorway. Highly recommend ”

“Everything exactly the host mentioned, little apartment with everything you need! I had a comfortable stay!”

“The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross.”

“Clean and tidy property. Plenty of beds for 8 people. However, there was not enough crockery or cutlery for us all.”

“Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on……

“You get what you pay for here. Overall the room was acceptable for the price we paid for it. Ac was a necessary addition that I’m glad they had. Slight stain on the bedsheets, and the shower was okay. There was no mention before booking that you had to pay to park on the property. 30 dollars a night. Would stay again for one night only. Staff was very helpful and kind! Front desk took care of us with a great attitude.”
