“Room was awesome! Room was nice and clean, check-in was easy and had plenty of amenities. I would say the owners should be proud of that room but it was readily apparent that they already were with how much care they put into making sure we felt comfortable and welcome.”

“The property condition and location were awesome. The problem was that there was a bar next door that played live music until midnight . I personally go to bed between 10:00 and 11: 00. Both me and my guests were unable to enjoy our rest due to this. You couldn't just hear the music you could feel it in your bed while you're trying to sleep. Not to mention all the traffic that was in the parking lot of the condo from The bar next door. Will definitely visit colonial Beach Virginia again but not……

“Third time staying in North Beach for Annapolis Sail Boat Show. Great location - 30 min. to Annapolis. Walking distance to restaurant's & beach. Quiet community. Welcome hospitality tray as shown in photos. Room extremely clean, plenty of towels with huge shower - dual shower heads. Bed and bedding comfortable. Convenient handicap ramp to pull luggage. WiFi was excellent. Host was efficient with all details. Look forward to next year’s boat show.One small detail: please light pathway side of……

“We loved our stay! The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Jenna was very responsive to messages and even helped immediately when the battery on our keypad was low. Not to mention, the local area had some amazing gems - we loved exploring the cafes, bars and boardwalk close by!”

They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient as I was looking for somewhere to stay with my infant daughter after our house was packed up as we're……
