"Lights didn’t work in the room. Room clean. Communal areas and toilets not great. Breakfast was good with a good selection. "

"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"

"This hotel is central Aberdeen , buses, rail link And excellant parking not far from hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful Room excellant ,clean ,sorry never used the bar as i was at a party elswhere "

"The roommates is modern, clean and comfortable. The issue was the loud noises from above the ceiling, probably heating/water system. This happened at 11pm and 2am, which woke me. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel. This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities. "

"The room was covered in damp stains and with peeling paper from what looked like a leak in the ceiling. There was a strong chemical smell in the room and the carpet was sticky. Cigarette burns on the cabinet, black mould in the shower and a cracked sink. The name "Highland Aberdeen" appears to be fake for online, it's not the name on the hotel. Rooms don't look like the pictures."
