The Space:
The studio is designed to provide a relaxing and cozy environment. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a snug seating area, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen comes with all the essentials you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and a selection of cookware and utensils. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Stay connected with fast and reliable internet, perfect for both work and leisure. The apartment is located in a secure building with a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Guest Access:
Private entrance and single car parking

Other Things to Note:
A property lease agreement will be required. Talbot county code requires this on all licensed Short term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.


We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
