“We loved our stay at the Victoria House ”

“Great amenities. Great view. Friendly available staff. Wish this was open to family. Not just adults. Can understand if it was age 5 and up* (infants / diaper age are a challenge). ”

“Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix. This owner never responded to Orbitz……

“Staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of activities in the area. The room is wonderful. Property included a bar and restaurant that is a very short walk from the rooms. Most importantly the view is absolutely breathtaking. Book the room and rent a car for the full experience.”

Purportedly the building has been around since the 1600s, when it was used as a company office and sleeping quarters by the Danish West India Company. The building was recently given a 17 million dollar renovation with repairs, replacements, and additions to turn it into a functional hotel. Many……

“The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. ”
