“The condo was as described, clean, and neat. The only issue we had was that upon checking in, we found the kitchen floor covered with water. A call to the host resulted in a maintenance worker coming to turn off a leaking faucet and attempt to mop up the water with a limited number of bath towels. The faucet was replaced the next day, by which time we had found more water had seeped on the bedroom carpet. Needless to say, these events impacted our stay throughout the three days we were there.……
