「This was a great little place for our week long vacation. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The 2 bathrooms and W/D really came in handy. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the condo was on the back of the building instead of the front. The beach view was limited and there was a little road noise. I'm guessing those 2 factors made the price a little lower so it was a good trade off for us.」

「All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place fit all of us, we felt safe, easy short walk to the beach, food, ice cream, some stores. However, the listing was a little misguiding. The listing states there are 5 beds in the main house. There are only 3 and two sofa beds. If Sofa beds would have been listed we may have chosen differently for our group. 「This is the first time visiting Clearwater/St Pete area. We were very pleased with the unit. It’s was very clean and the location can not be beat if you are looking for beach access!Grocery stores, restaurants/bars are all very close, again its location is superb. If traveling alone or as a couple, I recommend staying here. The only complaint I can share is being charged an extra 100 for having an “excessively dirty room”, which is not right.
