Full private access to your studio unit and all included amenities. Outdoor areas (yard, parking) are shared with other guests.
Inside your studio, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:

You’ll have private access to your own studio, while the outdoor areas are shared with other guests in the small complex.
Easy access to downtown and local business centers. Grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit options are just a short drive away. Ride-share apps (Uber/Lyft) are also readily available in the area, and there’s convenient onsite parking if you have a car.

- This unit is part of a small 8-unit property; outdoor areas are shared.

- Any excessive damage will be charged! please let us know if you find anything not right when you check in.
- Maintenance staff (pest control, yard, repairs) may be on property 1-2x per month for upkeep. If you prefer we don’t spray -inside, let us know (it’s safe and highly recommended).
- No bathtub in the unit; there’s a shower only.
- The studio is best suited for solo travelers or couples (less set up for families/children)
- Please note its is a private studio apartment in a complex with 6 other studios. It’s the perfect setup for those looking for privacy while still being part of a friendly, shared space.
