Super fun boutique spot with historic charm but clean bright and updated. Comfy bed, loved that we had a full kitchen and living room. Centrally located we could walk to all the shops, restaurants and breweries. We would definitely recommend this spot.

Old Florida charm in a clean, well maintained property. The little extra things made this place stand out like having umbrellas, sun screen and pool towels at the ready for guests. The Inn is quiet and lovely and the staff were easy to contact. You won't regret choosing this lovely place.

We had a lovely visit and everything that we needed. Wish we knew more about what was available to bring to the beach but I think it was described in an email. Dunedin was so adorable and we loved walking about town. The inn is in such a great location… steps away from restaurants and shops. We’d love to come back!

100 % impressed. Vuelo para allá con toda mi familia. GRACIAS ✨️ ✨️

I adored this quaint bed and breakfast in Dunedin, FL! Located right in downtown near lots of dining and shopping it was an ideal spot for a couple days of exploration. The room was very clean and super cute! It had all those little amenities like a fluffy bathrobe, Keurig machine, a big, comfy chair for relaxing, and nice outdoor seating set-up on the porch that make an overnight stay feel more like home. The parking was easy and I appreciated being away from the main street. Definitely take advantage of the Wild Iris Cafe breakfast offer (located next door), their food is amazing!
