Spring break 2021
Booked for 2 days. Clean, tastefully decorated apartment on the second floor. Great for a couple or a small family. Well maintained property right next to boardwalk and the beach. Publix is right on the corner, 3-5 min by car.

Quiet beach getaway
We spent a long weekend at Tropic Terrace with two other couples. The accommodations varied within our three units. We all preferred the one bedroom to the two studios but the studios were fine for a long weekend. It would be really nice if they all had coffee and beach chairs, it’s impossible to know what’s in each unit until you get there. Great location, quiet surroundings, nice pool and outdoor space. We would definitely return.

WONDERFUL!!
Great location. Right on the beach and quiet. Beach supplies-- chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Great property if you don't need to cook meals. During COVID we could have used basic kitchen amenities for cooking: hand towels, oil, salt/pepper, hardy paper towel, a couple of glass wine glasses... 10:00a.m. is early for check-out. get a later check out in advance!

Loud, dirty, not as described
If you want elwphants coming through your roof and doors being slammed all day, this is the place for you. Paper thin walls, loud appliances that didn't shut off, rusted on several faucets and appliances, absolutely tiny, impossible parking lot, and definitely overpriced. It may be "on the beach" but it's actually on quite a bit of grass and sidewalk before you hit beach. Find somewhere else.

A quiet retreat in Florida!
We enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island! I didn't want to leave. The grounds are nicely kept. Our unit has all we needed. (Suggestion would be to revisit dishes to assure they are clean, better chairs, a new frying pan, and it might be time for new pillow)

Location is beautiful. Beachside in a short walk but can see ocean from your door. Great pool and property. Bathroom is a little tight but apt is great for a short stay

Beautiful location
We were pleased with the property. It was clean and the throwback decor was great. Its location right on the beach and the walking path was wonderful. The check in process could be better. Check in isn’t until 4 pm and the office located on the property closes at 4 pm. We checked in on a Sunday so the property management company was also closed. Due to these 2 factors, we were unable to get certain items (I.e. extra towels) we needed for the evening.

We had an awesome time!!
Beautiful place! We enjoyed the town. Tiki bar right on the beach, plenty of food options and things to do. We rented kayaks and visited the sand bar, highly recommend! The condo didn't meet my standards for cleanliness, but I loved the decor. The rental agreement states that they only supply 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels and they dont have beach chairs, but that isn't accurate. Our room had 2 rolls and beach chairs. Also, there wasn't a comforter/heavier blanket, only sheets, for the pull out couch. Thank goodness we brought extras. Other then that the description was pretty accurate and I would recommend. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place!!! 🖤
