Wallet stolen and treated like an idiot by managem

Great hotel but unfortunately they stole my travel wallet . I forgot a large leather travel cas containing a lot of cash and three passports and two driver's licenses in the room safe. I called the hotel within 30 minutes and they said they would look in the room. I came back and was told they had found the passports but No Wallet!!!!! The fact that they treated us like idiots made it worse. I was forced to make a police report which wasted another hour!!!! They should have sent a manager with the cleaning staff to open the safe, as is thrprocedure everywhere else !!!!

Superbe, à revenir encore .....

Un accueil très sympa, une dispo que nous avons eu l'occasion de tester. Quant à la chambre elle-même rien à reprocher, grande et belle douche, lit très confortable. Juste envie d'y revenir.

hotel agreable mais au bord de la route

Sejour agreable, le personnel est tres avenant et au petit soins pour les clients. Toutefois l'hotel est en bord de route qui est assez passagé, c'est pas très agreable quand on veut se reposer au bord de la piscine. L'hotel est très propre, la litterie trop ferme à mon gout; nous avions une chambre assez simple et petite pour un prix relativement élevé

Site magnifique pas très adapté aux personnes âgée

Tout s’est très bien passé, séjour très réussi Deux remarques: chambres à l’etage non annoncées or problème de mobilité ce qui a quelque peu gâché le séjour Chaises du jardin (petit dejeuner) tres design mais trinconfortables or pas de coussins à disposition, mais peut être volonté que l’on ne rest pas trop longtemps

Entre luxe et ordinaire...Ou du rêve à la réalité

Les photos promettent un séjour luxueux, mais l’échelle des lieux tue cette idée. Les chambres sont assez petites... et les voisins sont tout à côté! Comme dans les bungalows, on se retrouve devant sa porte avant le dîner ou après, sachant qu’il faut reprendre la voiture pour aller dîner. Pas de restaurant! La piscine , de bonne taille avec une grande pelouse tout autour, souffre d’être au bord de la route. Le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse était copieux, les viennoiseries étaient tendres et tout le monde semblait s’être donné rendez vous à la meme heure ( le phénomène bungalow?).... Le seul serveur en fonction était rapidement débordé. Pour ces prestations l’hôtel est un peu cher et le service limite. Soyez prêts à porter vos valises. Venez plutôt pour faire du vélo dans un cadre magnifique avec de nombreux villages à visiter, et vous ne serez pas déçu.
